We're waiting for a referral, so in the meantime I've been practicing my Ethiopian cooking. I tried this recipe tonight and it was a big hit! I substituted a can of diced tomatoes since I didn't have a fresh tomato in the house, but it came out wonderfully, and it was super easy. I highly recommend it!
